Recipe: Mediterranean CousCous Salad


INGREDIENTS:

Couscous

Tomato Paste

Oregano

Basil

Avocados

Cucumber

Cherry Tomatoes

Black Pepper

Salt

Olive Oil

Seedless Green Olives


PREPARATION:


1. Add boiled water to the couscous and cover it with a plate until it is soft.

2. While the couscous is covered, cut the avocados and cucumbers in dices and the cherry tomatoes in halves.

3. Once the couscous is soft, season it with black pepper, salt, oregano, basil, olive oil and tomato paste. Mix it all well.

4. Add the vegetables to the seasoned couscous.

5. Add the olives.

6. Leave it in the fridge.

7. Eat it fresh and enjoy it!
